About My Clients
An individual who can use a little help feeling like yourself again. You might be going through a life transition and can benefit from talking through options or adjusting to new circumstances; you might be experiencing anxiety and want to get a handle on it; maybe you’re struggling with relationship(s) or want to create more meaningful connections; perhaps you feel stuck and can use some help getting back on track. Whatever it is you’re dealing with, together we can get you through it.
My Background and Approach
I did my training and began my practice in NYC and am now also licensed in Arizona. I have training in CBT, solutions-focused coaching, and EMDR. My therapeutic approach combines these modalities to offer my clients a unique and client-centered approach to each session. Therapy is not a one size fits all program, so I make sure to get to know my clients and what their individual needs are in order to give them the best and most helpful experience that I can. I offer tools and techniques for my clients to utilize outside of our sessions and make myself available in between sessions if needed. I provide a safe, judgement-free space so my clients can really open up about what's going on, and work through whatever is causing their distress. I do not have all of the answers, but I do offer alternative perspectives and help my clients find the answers they need.
