About My Clients
I work with a diverse group of people, from adolescents to adults. I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, disordered eating, family conflict, relationship issues and those who are experiencing life transitions. My approach is a collaborative, person centered and more holistic in nature. I believe that a mind a body in balance can heal and that recovery is possible.
