About My Clients
My ideal client is a client struggling with complex mental health conditions such a Bipolar illness, OCD, Major Depression, disruptive behaviors, and severe anxiety. I have worked across the continuum and have experienced a variety of presentations. I will work with you to properly diagnose and deliver evidence-based interventions to reduce the severity of symptoms.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in mental health for over 10 years with both children and adults. My background includes both inpatient and outpatient care. I specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that targets severe mental health symptoms. I treat all of my clients like family. I get to know your story and take pride in getting you to a place of stability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. I work with clients from all walks of life and have positive regard for all my clients. I volunteer with my local chapter of NAMI to help lessen the stigma of mental illness. I am not an overtly political or religious person. I believe that we should treat everyone with kindness first. That has always been my mantra in life and it has never failed me.
