My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience, including four years supporting men with substance use and other mental health challenges in a residential treatment center. I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, relationship struggles, and life transitions like divorce or career changes. My approach is collaborative and supportive: I help clients understand their challenges, set achievable goals, and develop practical coping skills so they can feel more balanced, confident, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an Orthodox Christian, but I welcome clients of all faiths. I strive to create a compassionate, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where everyone can feel supported as they work toward growth, healing, and positive change.
