ALL individuals are welcome to seek my services. I am particularly passionate about addressing sexuality and intimacy in monogamous and poly relationships in a way that is avoided in many spaces. My Background and Approach
With 20 years of experience in the field of Mental Health, I have run groups addressing sex and porn addiction for men. My open-minded approach is grounded in Gestalt Therapy, Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness. My goal is to help clients become more present in their bodies, and less in their heads, enabling them to be more open, honest, and accepting of their sexual being and body. I have received training from Dr. Robert Weiss and Dr. Eddie Capparucci from Seeking Integrity: A Sex Addiction & Drug Addiction Treatment in Los Angeles, California. My first experience with sex therapy was running a group at the Cleveland Clinic for men dealing with substance and dual sexual addiction. When it comes to dating, I spent years as a dating coach for Kickstart Love in Cleveland, Ohio. When working with couples, I utilize the Gottman approach and aim to assist clients enhance intimacy and improve communication.
