About My Clients
I work best with adolescents and adults looking to enter into a genuine relationship through which they can do some deep healing. My approach works best with those open to examining the connections between relational patterns, emotions, and the mind-body relationship. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups of various backgrounds. I’ve worked with depression, anxiety, interpersonal distress, family distress, grief and loss, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I’m an integrative therapist that blends techniques from various evidence-based healing modalities to alleviate distress and support well-being. My work draws from attachment theory, interpersonal theory, somatic psychology, and contemplative psychology. I’m committed to integrating various psychotherapeutic approaches in a mindfulness-informed, person-centered, and trauma-informed manner. Ultimately, my goal is to help individuals, couples, and families better understand themselves and their challenges and to heal. Moreover, I’m committed to providing a space where people can experience alternative ways of being in a relationship with themselves and others that are conducive to well-being. I believe that working together in this way can effectively address challenges and lead to a more wholesome way of walking through the world.
