About My Clients
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. As a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking therapist, I provide culturally responsive, compassionate care in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Together, we'll build practical tools, foster resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
