My Background and Approach
Loss reshapes you and it challenges who you are, how you see the world, and how you connect with others. It’s also an invitation to reflect on what no longer serves you and to be intentional with where you place your energy. In grief, we face a choice: to let the memory of our loved one(s) guide and comfort us, or to let the pain consume us. I’ve experienced my own moments of disconnection, grief, & starting over, learning to trust myself & lean into my strengths along the way.
