About My Clients

I provide therapy in St. Louis for highly sensitive women and women who have ADHD who feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck. My clients are often deeply intuitive, compassionate, and thoughtful—but also exhausted from constantly feeling like they’re falling behind or falling apart. You don’t need to “get it together” to start therapy. Therapy is how you begin to find your footing again.Clients often tell me they feel more capable, more centered, and more hopeful after we begin working together.

My Background and Approach

I bring over 20 years of experience to my work as a therapist, combining a background in higher education, academic advising, counseling, and training. But beyond that? I bring lived experience. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re too much and not enough at the same time. Living with ADHD, sensitivity, trauma, perfectionism, and people-pleasing tendencies has shaped how I show up—not just for myself, but for my clients. And I’ve done the deep work to find my own version of healing, which gives me a grounded, compassionate lens when walking alongside others in their healing process. As a therapist, my goal is to make therapy feel like a deep breath. A place where you’re truly seen and heard, where you can say the hard things without judgment, and where we get to the root of what's keeping you stuck. You don't have to have ADHD to see me. I see women and feminine-presenting individuals who are struggling with a variety of challenges.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that therapy is not just a space for personal healing, but also a place to explore how systems of oppression and marginalization affect our lives, bodies, and mental health. I honor and affirm all identities and lived experiences, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion and consent. My work is guided by the belief that healing is both individual and collective—and that we all deserve safety, dignity, and connection.
