My specialties include mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, along with preventive care and medication management. I blend evidence-based practices with a collaborative, holistic approach, using therapies such as CBT, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches. My goal is to empower patients, offering accessible telehealth care in WA, NY, OR, and NV.
