My counseling style is humanistic, strengths-based, and informed by evidence-based therapies (e.g. CBT, ACT, MI). I strive to hold space that is safe and welcoming so that we can begin understanding your experiences, challenges, and values with self-compassion. We’ll continue to explore and expand upon your insight and develop coping skills that you can consistently use. You’ll gain the ability to navigate challenging dynamics more effectively and experience greater self-confidence in living a more meaningful and authentic life.

I believe that everyone has an innate capacity to heal and grow. Therapy is a means for connecting to ourselves and what we value. As a therapist, I value sharing techniques that have been researched and known to be effective. I am a lifelong learner and am committed to my own personal and professional growth.
