About My Clients
We are a specialty practice serving children, teens, adults, couples and families. Our clients often struggle with procrastination/perfectionism, stress, anxiety, worry, depression, trauma and eating disorders.
My Background and Approach
We utilize cognitive behavioral therapy among other treatments such as EMDR to help clients overcome anxiety, depression and trauma. Though not overnight, these approaches have been shown to help clients see improvement in symptoms and develop effective coping skills.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Our purpose is, through care and compassion, to add value to the lives of our clients by helping them to know their own unique worth and lead an authentic, courageous, and joyful life. We are passionate about personal and professional growth and believe we all have unique gifts we bring to the world. Our counseling services reflect these values.
