About My Clients
I have expertise in the integration of Eastern and Western psychotherapies and philosophies with modern psychodynamic principles, Non-Dual approaches, and contemplative and meditative practices. This approach encompasses the mind, body, & spirit. It is my experience that a persons deeper beliefs (what I call Meta-principles) determine life experiences. My practice includes life coaching, altered states work, psychotherapy, meditation instruction, hypnotherapy, & neurofeedback training.
My Background and Approach
My transpersonal and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral approach to be of benefit. The transpersonal is defined as "experiences in which the sense of identity, or self, extends beyond the individual or personal to encompass greater meaning. This can include exploring non ordinary states of consciousness and spiritual emergencies. Licensed in MD, VA, DC, and WV.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I support individuals from diverse backgrounds in their journey towards mental health. I am a meditation practitioner and teacher. I have a Universalist Non Dual life approach.
