About My Clients
I work with all clients, with a focus on, polyamory and non-monogamous relationships, the kink lifestyle, queer, and other non-conforming folks. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, isolation, relating to others, lack of direction or motivation, or any other issue life throws at you, I will help you gain a deeper understanding of the underlying issues and work towards a life that is more fulfilling and true to yourself.
My Background and Approach
Using a psychodynamic approach, I provide a therapeutic space for you to process the difficulties of your past and present, and venture to understand the patterns that prevent you from having the life that you want. I believe that healing is a long and difficult journey that is best done in connection with empathetic others. As your therapist, I will join you in your journey and provide safety, understanding, acceptance, reflection, and perspective, that is rarely found outside Omni life. Having this therapeutic relationship will facilitate healing, growth, and courage to take steps in your life that in the past have been too daunting. This work is not simple or a quick fix, but our ongoing work together will help you create a life that is more authentic, peaceful, and satisfying.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My most core value is that everyone deserves a life where they can choose how to exist, identify, and express themselves, as long as they aren’t hurting others or preventing them from doing the same. Many times our upbringing, societal norms, and traumas keep us from pursuing our true desires or unique path to joy in life. As a therapist, I seek to help others navigate their complex world of responsibilities, reputations, social belonging, and ambitions, with the intention of making more space for expression of their unique self and increasing joy and satisfaction in their lives.
