About My Clients
Do you feel like you're carrying it all—your emotions, your past, your people—while still trying to hold it together? Maybe you’re anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are right now. I see you—and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating life changes, or moving through the beauty and chaos of motherhood, I’m here to walk with you. Together, we’ll use faith-based, mindful, and evidence-based tools to support your healing.
My Background and Approach
I bring warmth, honesty, and a collaborative spirit to every session. We’ll begin with what’s happening in your life right now—whether it’s overthinking, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or the pressures of motherhood—and work together to find relief and lasting change. I hold a Master of Arts in Forensic Mental Health Counseling and am a MHC-LP. I specialize in working with women, mothers, students, BIPOC individuals, and professionals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach blends CBT, mindfulness, ACT, Positive Psychology, and trauma-informed care, with the option to include faith-based principles when aligned with your values. Whether you're processing deep pain or reconnecting with yourself, I’ll meet you with compassion and practical tools to support your growth. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling grounded, empowered, and more in control of your everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a mother, a mental health advocate, and someone who believes deeply in the healing power of faith, community, and compassion. Before entering private practice, I operated a Christian counseling center and helped run a food program serving families in need—work that continues to shape my approach to therapy today. My background in social work has taught me to meet people where they are, with cultural humility and a strong belief in equitable access to care. I’m passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces—especially for women, mothers, and individuals navigating systemic challenges or intergenerational trauma. My faith guides my values, but I welcome and honor clients from all walks of life. At the heart of my work is a calling to serve, uplift, and walk beside others on their path to healing.
