About My Clients
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or simply not like yourself. Maybe you're navigating depression, stress, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or a major life transition. Whatever brought you here, you deserve compassionate, judgment-free care. I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and take meaningful steps toward improved mental wellness and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience caring for adults across a variety of mental health settings. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I recognize how life experiences can influence emotional well-being and overall mental health. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and achieve their treatment goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or a major life transition, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth are possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect regardless of their background or life experiences. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I value authenticity, cultural humility, collaboration, and meeting people where they are while helping them build meaningful and lasting change.
