About My Clients
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. I especially enjoy working with clients who may be struggling to manage emotions, develop healthy coping skills, improve relationships, or work through difficult experiences. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard and can work toward meaningful, realistic changes.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field, including several years in roles supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I began providing therapy as a clinician in 2023 and have experience in community mental health, outpatient, and telehealth settings. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and other mental health challenges. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and trauma-informed. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel heard and respected while working together toward practical goals and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has their own story, experiences, strengths, and challenges that deserve to be understood without judgment. I value creating a safe and respectful environment where clients can be themselves and feel comfortable talking about difficult things. I believe therapy works best when the client and therapist work together, and I respect each person’s values, culture, beliefs, and individual goals. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them develop tools and insight that can support meaningful change in their lives.
