My Background and Approach
I have a strong background working with varying mental health concerns. I began my career providing both individual and group therapy to children with severe Oppositional Defiance Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. Recently, I have found a passion in providing Exposure Response Prevention Treatment for Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder as a speciality. I am also knowledgeable in helping clients manage life changes and environmental stress.
