About My Clients
My desire is for you to leave our session feeling empowered and capable of taking a step towards or managing your challenge. I will be supportive, nonjudgmental, encouraging, and provide authenticity. Our time together is your safe space.
My Background and Approach
I believe in addressing our behaviors and concerns through subconscious and unconscious processing. I utilize EMDR to guide and empower your desires and commitment of a change. Depending on the concern, I may also utilize mindfulness, person centered, solution focused, or motivational interviewing to meet your goal(s).I have experience working with various concerns from self-esteem to anxiety to anger management to trauma to PNES.
