My Background and Approach
The tools that I'll provide are the ones that I have crafted and utilized over my career in order to help people just like you. My goal is for you to learn those tools, modify them and put them into practice. They are very simple and easy to implement, so no matter the situation or the life stressor you will be able to utilize them at any time. We will work collaboratively to address areas of improvement or giving you the most challenges, develop a plan and implement tools to address the identified need. I have trainings in that will help to put thinking, feelings and actions all into context and how they are play an important role in how people react. You will gain the confidence to manage stressors effectively in or to regain balance back.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that no one is immune from dealing with a life event or crisis. The world in which we live in can be a very busy and chaotic road map to follow. Each individual has learned over the years how to handle things differently and sometimes as we grow older we may need to learn to resolve things differently. We live in a society in which there are many uncertainties and the pressure and influence of social media can be overwhelming. No matter the race, class, gender, or socio-economic status, when life chooses to have an impact it does not make a distinction or pick and choose which group to impact. I support all people in every way.
