About My Clients
Many of the people I work with are used to carrying a lot—emotionally, mentally, and even for others. They often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand but want to change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and emotional dysregulation. I use evidence-based approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build effective coping skills, and improve overall functioning. In therapy, we slow things down and make sense of what’s underneath those experiences. As stated above, I use a CBT-based approach while also helping you explore the deeper emotional patterns that impact your relationships, self-worth, and reactions. Together, we work on building awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier ways of responding—so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
