My Background and Approach
I blend cognitive behavioral therapy with a person-centered approach to help you tackle your challenges. This means we’ll work together to explore your thoughts and feelings, focusing on your strengths and what matters most to you. I hold a bachelor's and a master's degree in social work from Shippensburg University. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including marginalized groups, individuals facing mental health challenges, and those navigating trauma and grief. I also believe in a strength-based approach that recognizes individuals as the experts in their own stories. My aim is to create a welcoming and supportive space where individuals feel valued and empowered to achieve their goals.
