About My Clients
Life can feel overwhelming, messy, and uncertain—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with teens and adults who are figuring out their path—whether that means dealing with anxiety, questioning identity, or just feeling stuck in life. You are the expert of your own experiences. My job is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported so we can work together to make sense of what’s going on and find a path that feels right for you.

My therapy style is flexible, drawing from different ideas to find what works best for you. I use a strengths-based and person centered approach, keeping you - not your problems - in focus. I believe therapy is a team effort—you bring your experiences, and I bring tools to help you make sense of things.
