About My Clients
My clients are smart, creative, competent women and men who want to live to their fullest potential. As a result, they are frequently unconventional in their views or their approach to life. I welcome and encourage those differences.
My Background and Approach
I believe that you are the greatest source of wisdom about yourself - after all, no one knows you better! I simply try to help you harness your own awareness to achieve whatever goals you need to achieve. To assist you in that effort I have studied psychotherapy for 12 years at the Hartford Family Institute, as well as earning a PhD, becoming certified as a Master Practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and also a Certified Anger Management Specialist.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a psychotherapist I am involved - I bring my heart to our sessions. I am not a detached, cool clinician - I'm engaged with you! I don't have an agenda, but I do have a sincere desire to help in whatever way is best for you - and you're the only one who knows what that might be.
