About My Clients
You have probably been working with your struggles for a long time. Since I specialize in working with treatment-resistant situations, many of my clients have had a lack of success in treatment before, for various reasons. If you are coming to see me then you probably have been through Trauma, PTSD, Addiction, or other major life adjustments. I tend to see people who are working hard on hard things. My Background and Approach
I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotional Parts Work, DBT and NLP to help my clients through treatment-resistant problems. Since many of my clients have had previous treatment, it is vital that we work together to develop an individual plan to find success. It doesn't matter how long you have struggled, or what you have done. You can find healing and peace. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a believer in equality and social justice. I am neurodivergent myself, with Bipolar Disorder and ADHD, and I love helping others to feel healthy internally and connected to the world around them. I am committed to ending shame and focusing on the strengths we have from our personality, traits, and even our diagnosis. The biggest strength of my practice is a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. It was due to luck that I was raised in an environment that was opposed to judging others, and since meeting hundreds of individuals over the years I have come to feel like every person is fascinating, every person has the seeds of healing & happiness inside of them. I believe in second, third, fourth, and as many chances as we need to recover and succeed.
