About My Clients

Do you find yourself overthinking everything, replaying conversations, or feeling like you’re never quite “enough”? Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to keep everyone else happy while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. You might be navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or a big life transition and wondering why it all feels so hard. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on, and build practical tools so you can feel more confident, connected, and like yourself again.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 14 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’ve worked in both community and private practice settings, supporting teens and adults through everything from daily stress to more complex emotional patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I often use evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method for couples and skills-based strategies to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. This means you won’t just talk—you’ll leave sessions with real tools you can use in your everyday life. Clients often tell me they feel understood, supported, and more confident as we work together. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself again and create meaningful, lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming environment where all identities, relationships, and experiences are respected and valued. Earlier in my career, I volunteered with a suicide prevention hotline, an experience that deeply shaped how I connect with clients. It taught me how powerful it is to truly listen, stay present in difficult moments, and support someone through intense emotions with compassion and care. That foundation continues to guide my work today. I value authenticity, connection, and growth. I believe that even in the hardest seasons, change is possible—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
