About My Clients
I often work with clients experiencing challenges in their daily functioning who want to develop clarity in their situation and make efforts toward change. I utilize many tools in my collaborative work based on my personal and professional experiences that have helped shape my understanding of individual identity, resilience, and the unique challenges people face in navigating their lives.
My Background and Approach
I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington since 2024, and have worked as a social worker in New Orleans and Seattle since 2016. My approach is relational, conversational, and process-oriented. I support clients in working through stress, interpersonal challenges, and past trauma, while helping them strengthen self-esteem and broaden their perspective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe strongly in the healing power of community. While personal time is important, a sense of connection, whether at work, in play, or through creative pursuits can be a powerful force in maintaining our mental health. Outside of my clinical work, I stay active in local groups around the metro area, from art to sports to other shared interests. I bring this perspective into my practice by helping clients explore and build routines and social connections that align with their own values and interests.
