My Background and Approach
"We need help communicating". Typically their struggle isn't even rooted in a lack of skills-based communication tools. In my practice we'll start by exploring the patterns and repetitive cycles you're stuck in. You'll both have the chance to elaborate on your P.O.V. At that point, we'll explore your frustrations from the perspective of emotional bonds and attachment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
If I were in your shoes, I'd be looking for a provider who's services compliment my temperament and pace for change and healing. Someone who is validating yet not overly agreeable. Someone who conveys balanced optimism but doesn't suffocate me with their "rose colored glasses". Someone who challenges me and keeps my P.O.V. in check. Most of us want space to decide for ourselves. Self-governing and personal agency is pivotal to the lasting change I imagine you're looking for.
