About My Clients
I welcome people from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, major life changes, or stress. I have a special interest in supporting highly sensitive people and introverts who often feel out of place in today’s fast-paced world. I also enjoy working with immigrants and those navigating cultural transitions. As an immigrant myself, I understand how complex it can feel to build a life between cultures
My Background and Approach
My background in Buddhist psychology, mindfulness, and meditation shapes the heart of my approach. In therapy, this means learning to meet difficult emotions with compassion, staying present in the midst of life’s challenges, and creating space for deeper clarity and self-acceptance. Alongside these practices, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered counseling, and CBT tools. Together, we’ll explore these approaches and use what works best for you. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you with warmth and respect, and offer tools and perspectives to help you explore what truly matters while building clarity, balance, and self-compassion as you navigate life’s challenges.
