My area of specialization is in treating anxiety and depressive disorders. I also have experience working with individuals going through tough life transitions. My therapeutic style tends to blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I work on tailoring my approach and strategies to the individual, as we all need different things to succeed.
