About My Clients
My areas of focus are anxiety disorders (GAD, social anxiety, panic, OCD-related patterns), attachment issues and relational insecurity, relationship trauma, emotional regulation and self-doubt, ADHD, depression, and substance use with co-occurring disorders. I work best with clients who feel stuck in anxiety-driven or relational patterns—such as overthinking, avoidance, or difficulty feeling secure in relationships.
My Background and Approach
With doctoral-level training and expertise in co-occurring disorders, I provide trauma-responsive, culturally attuned care. My approach is collaborative and individualized, helping you understand the roots of your anxiety while building emotional security, resilience, and lasting change. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and focused on both anxiety and attachment. We explore the underlying patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while building practical tools for change. Therapy is both supportive and goal-oriented—balancing insight with actionable strategies to help you feel more grounded, secure, and confident.
