About My Clients
I welcome and am passionate about working with clients who desire to creatively explore their identity before collaboratively and intentionally re-storying their next chapters. We will process any trauma and grief that has caused attachment issues, along with the underlying emotions to move safely towards more secure attachment and adaptability. I will integrate creative methods such as poetry and music, along with meditation and mindfulness techniques for effective stress management.
