About My Clients
My areas of focus are anxiety and chronic worry, depression and mood concerns, life stressors and transitions, academic, social, and family pressures, and emotional regulation and self-esteem. I work best with young people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress and are open to learning new ways of coping and understanding themselves. If you or your child are looking for a therapist who is thoughtful, compassionate, and developmentally attuned, I would be honored to help.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy and tailored to each individual’s developmental stage and needs. I take a collaborative approach, helping clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while learning practical tools they can use in everyday life. I believe therapy should feel supportive and empowering rather than intimidating. Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing space for both skill-building and meaningful conversation. When appropriate, I also work with families to support progress outside of therapy and strengthen communication. I provide a supportive, respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and taken seriously. My goal is to help young people build emotional insight, coping skills, and confidence so they can better manage stress, improve mood, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience. Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and easy to talk to.
