I help with Navigating the waters of aging gracefully with life, purpose and passion. Addressing aging concerns is geared towards helping Seniors, Baby Boomers, Elders, Older Adults, and the Sandwich Generation and their families navigate the waters of Aging Gracefully with Life Purpose and Passion. We address such challenges as: -Disability Challenge —Launching Changes to the New Normal -How to Successfully Cope with the Fear of Aging -The Startling TRUTH About Being Depressed as a Senior

Equipping individuals with the ability to heal from past pain and false beliefs, boosting confidence and maintaining inner calmness as they gain the skills needed to step into their own personal excellence is my focus. I work within the corporate culture to provide mindfulness training to leaders and teams. In addition to large seminars and Workshops I conduct monthly stress relief and personal excellence and online workshops.

Family Conflict focuses on Marriage, Pre-Marital, & General Relationship Counseling. Nearly every marriage begins with good intentions. But life has a way of butting itself into even the best love stories, and rather than working to re-balance the relationship after it has veered off course, many couples simply suffer in silence until conditions become intolerable. I help couples reclaim their common ground and reopen the channels of communication in a constructive, compassionate way.

Short term solution focused. Work on specific problems where we explore the interactions or relationships between a person’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is important to recognize and help change harmful thoughts because often they lead to destructive behaviors and beliefs. We use CBT to form more healthy and realistic ways of thinking that can be of benefit in many aspects of one’s life.

I use solutions-focused coaching which focuses on helping my clients find solutions rather than problems, building on strengths rather than weaknesses and finding positive ways forward rather than examining barriers. Goal is redirect energy So that one feels motivated and energised rather than de-motivated and demoralized.

I work from a solution-oriented perspective try to change the focus from “the problem” to “the solution”. I help couples and families explore problems in detail and them develop solutions in addition to sharing additional coping skills.
