My Background and Approach
Dr. Hawes’ areas of specialty are in both health and rehabilitation psychology. She has a deep appreciation of the effects of health-related quality of life changes. She has experienced these events through the lens of a multitude of patients over the course of 15+ years of service. Given her lived experience and the collective lived experience of the patients she has served she is passionate about providing care that is tailored to patients' unique needs. She also helps people identify their values so they can become intentionally empowered in pursuit of meeting their stated goals AND in working towards gaining the quality of life they deserve.
