About My Clients
I work with children, couples, and adults navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, family stress, and life transitions. I offer a warm, supportive space to explore what matters to you and make meaningful changes.
My Background and Approach
I am Dr. Stacy Judah, a licensed marriage and family therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor with 30 years of experience. I offer therapy by video for children, adults, and couples in California, Oregon, Hawaii, and Maryland. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. Together, we can explore how past experiences affect your life today, understand patterns that feel difficult to change, and develop practical ways to move forward. When working with children, I also collaborate with parents and caregivers to support progress at home.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people can grow and heal when they feel heard, respected, and understood. Each person’s experiences, relationships, and values shape how they see the world. I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, helping clients build on their strengths and find changes that feel meaningful to them.
