About My Clients
My clients are individuals who are ready to take the next step toward healing, even if they aren’t sure what that looks like yet. They want a provider who truly listens, explains things clearly, and partners with them in their care. Above all, they want to feel understood and know that they’re not facing their challenges alone.
My Background and Approach
I am a doctoral-prepared, dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). My background includes years of experience in both primary care and psychiatry, which allows me to provide a whole-person perspective in treatment. I specialize in ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and sleep concerns, offering personalized medication management and supportive therapy. Clients describe me as calm, caring, and attentive. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where we work together to build lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to heal and find balance, even if it doesn’t always feel that way. Mental health challenges are not signs of weakness—they’re signs that you’ve been carrying more than your share for too long. With the right support, I know you can lighten that load and start moving toward a life that feels calmer, steadier, and more fulfilling. Over the years, I’ve helped people struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders learn new ways to cope, grow, and thrive. My role isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to walk beside you, listen without judgment, and give you tools that actually fit your life. I want you to feel empowered, not overwhelmed, and to know that change is possible no matter where you’re starting from. I believe therapy should feel human—sometimes serious, sometimes light, always grounded in respect and compassion. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
