Are you experiencing difficulties in daily life due to anxiety, negative thoughts, personal relationships, body image, recent trauma, or historical trauma? There is hope for change and this is the first step in creating something different in your life.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, unique to each person and should be treated as such. My primary form of treatment is EMDR which is helpful in addressing a variety of primary concerns. I have experience with and enjoy working with adolescents, adults, first responders, frontline workers, and individuals who have extensive trauma histories.
