About My Clients

My clients are often navigating divorce, relationship loss, anxiety, or depression while trying to keep up with the demands of daily life. On the outside, many are high-functioning and capable, but internally they feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of who they are after everything they’ve been through. What they often share is a desire for relief that goes deeper than coping skills alone. They want to understand themselves more clearly, process what they’ve been carrying.

My Background and Approach

Why I Do This Work I’ve always been drawn to what’s beneath the surface. I know how deeply anxiety, depression, and relationship loss can affect the way someone sees themselves and moves through the world. Divorce and major life transitions can leave people feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and unsure of who they are outside of the roles they’ve spent years holding together for everyone else. I’m especially passionate about supporting women who are used to being the strong one, the caretaker, the problem-solver, the person everyone relies on while quietly carrying exhaustion, grief, self-doubt, or loneliness underneath the surface. Too often, women are taught to minimize their own needs, push through emotional pain, or believe they have to earn rest, love, or stability.
