I’m especially well-suited to support individuals who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, low self-worth, overwhelming emotions, school or work-related stress, ADHD symptoms, relationship struggles, and unhelpful thought patterns that feel hard to break. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My background includes suicide hotline counselor, inpatient and residential psychiatric hospital work, crisis intervention, case management, and collaboration with law enforcement. As a therapist, one of my greatest strengths is creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I believe that healing happens in relationships built on trust, openness, and mutual respect and I’m deeply committed to fostering that kind of connection with each person I work with. I bring specialized training in Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which allows me to offer practical, evidence-based tools tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether we’re working through tough emotions or building skills for lasting change, I focus on approaches that are both compassionate and effective. I’m also dedicated to ongoing learning and staying current with the latest research so that the care I provide is grounded in both heart and science.
