About My Clients
Our ideal patient is usually an adult, anywhere from their early twenties to their sixties. They’ve tried various antidepressants and therapy sessions, but nothing has worked well enough. Because of this, they’re looking for new and effective treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
My Background and Approach
He holds a BA – Biology from The University of Texas – Austin, and an MD from The University of Texas Medical School – Houston. He did his internship in Family Practice at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Subsequently, he completed residences in General and Child Psychiatry at UTHCSC-Houston. He is in doubly Boarded Child and Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. McIntyre has also been a clinical professor through the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and supervised students and residents for over twenty years. While his current practice is exclusively outpatient he has a long history of in and outpatient care.
