About My Clients
I help adults and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions in a safe, inclusive space.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist with training in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioral neuroscience, I blend science and compassion to help clients heal mind, body, and emotions. My approach is integrative, combining evidence-based therapies with somatic (body-centered) techniques to address: - Anxiety, depression, and trauma - Identity struggles and workplace burnout - Life transitions and nervous system regulation I tailor techniques like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help you reframe thoughts, while somatic therapy and neuromodulation can ease trauma stored in the body. For deeper emotional expression, I may incorporate art or music therapy, always prioritizing cultural sensitivity and safety. My goal? To empower you with practical tools, resilience, and self-awareness—whether you’re navigating individual growth, family dynamics, or group therapy.
