About My Clients
I work with LGBTQ+ kids, teens, young adults, and families navigating identity, gender, and queerness; anxiety, stress, or school overwhelm; parenting a trans or neurodivergent child, including autistic and PDA profiles; trauma, mood changes, or major life transitions. My clients want an affirming space where they feel seen, respected, and supported—without needing to explain or shrink any part of who they are.
My Background and Approach
I help kids, teens, young adults, and families navigate identity, anxiety, stress, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and trauma. My approach is individualized, evidence-informed, and grounded in deep respect for your experience. For youth, I focus on helping them feel steadier and more confident as they grow into themselves. For parents, I offer guidance in understanding and supporting your child’s identity and emotional needs. Together, we work toward resilience, clarity, and a stronger foundation for healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer, gender-affirming psychologist, my work is rooted in safety, respect, and honoring every person’s lived experience. I believe therapy should be a space where you never have to translate yourself—where identity, neurodivergence, and personal truth are met with understanding, not scrutiny. I value collaboration, authenticity, and liberation in the therapeutic process, and I strive to create a space where young people, adults, and families can explore who they are with curiosity, compassion, and confidence in their own truth.
