Additionally, I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, certified intuitive eating counselor, and EMDR-trained practitioner. My therapeutic approach is empathic, compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative, and empowering. As your psychologist, I hope to equip you with tools and resources by utilizing evidence-based interventions (e.g, CBT, DBT, EMDR) and approaches (e.g., HAES & Intuitive Eating) while listening to your personal needs and concerns.
