My Background and Approach
I have been a physician since 2005 and have been practicing as a psychiatrist for almost 10 years. I pride myself on being someone who delivers direct care to my patients and always think of the work I do with the patient as Team Work. I have created a safe space where you won't feel judged and together we explore the many pathways to health and find the right one (or ones) for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing occurs best when patient and I work as a team. I focus my practice on self-compassion and believe that we humans have an amazing ability to reinvent themselves though sometimes it can be hard to do on your own. I believe in destroying the stigma that mental health diseases carry and lifting people by empowering them.
