About My Clients
Motherhood is difficult, especially if you do not feel supported or you are experiencing feelings and thoughts that you do not understand. I've received specialized training to work with individuals who are pregnant and/or have recently given birth, infertility, undergoing IUI & IVF, seeking to build their own chosen village to support them through these difficult moments in their life. In addition, I'm a mother who experienced her own difficulties during and after pregnancy and sought support
My Background and Approach
I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist through Postpartum Support International in order to be able to provide evidence-based care for individuals in need of additional support. I work with you to create a safe environment to discuss your thoughts and feelings, we work together to learn and practice techniques that will help you manage those thoughts and feelings, validate and acknowledge your experiences, and work towards improvement in the symptoms that mostly impact you. As a mother, I realized that I needed to create my own village of support because it was a lonely time. I would like to be part of the chosen village you surround yourself with in order to find the joy, love, attachment, and validation of your present environment and relationships.
