About My Clients
My specialties include working with adolescents, teens, adults, and couples living with autism spectrum, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and/or trauma. Essentially, clients come to me to help them work on healing their trauma, learn how to manage their OCD and/or anxiety, navigate being neurodiverse in a neurotypical world, and work with the whole family system towards supporting healthy, balanced, and connected relationships. My work is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and a Master's in Early Childhood Education (with a focus in Special Education). Essentially, this means I have been working in this area for a long time and I get the "big picture". I am able to pull all of this knowledge, experience, and specialized training in clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavior therapy, and special education to tailor a plan that is best for you and your family.
