My Background and Approach
My approach is from an TIC attachment lens to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and actions to change behaviors that are no longer working for you. I help couples learn how to navigate through relationship challenges by incorporating EFT & Gottman Methods to manage conflict, improve communication, and rebuild connections with your partner. I am passionate and committed to helping my clients on their personal journey to healing, change, and growth!
