About My Clients
Do you ever feel stuck in your own head—overthinking, second-guessing, or feeling overwhelmed without fully knowing why? Maybe you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside you feel tense, drained, or unsure of yourself. I know how heavy that can feel. Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing you—it can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and find ways to move forward that actually fit you. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults who are feeling anxious, burned out, unmotivated, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are navigating stress, career or relationship concerns, self-esteem, or feeling pulled between expectations and what they actually want. My approach focuses on building insight and self-understanding so you can make choices that feel more aligned and sustainable. Together, we explore patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with your needs, and create space for more clarity, energy, and balance in your life and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe people make sense in the context of their history, relationships, and environments, and I strive to offer care that is thoughtful and nonjudgmental. I’m committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space and work from a perspective that respects neurodiversity, autonomy, and personal choice. I believe therapy is most helpful when it honors both where you’ve been and where you want to go.
