About My Clients
I primarily work with those who have endured trauma. I am EMDR trained and will work with you to desensitize some of the negative beliefs that have been built over the years.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to adjust counseling services to meet the clients' needs. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions you may have. I'm willing to assess and accommodate your desires and goals to the best of my ability. Part of what I believe makes counseling effective is the therapeutic relationship, which I strive to strengthen by remaining genuine, empathetic, and unconditionally accepting the values you bring through my door. I also believe that many of our life experiences affect our internal dialogue. The awareness that counseling brings to a client is a big part of the healing process. I would love to walk beside you as you discover what has been holding you back from achieving a healthier perspective and work towards making the changes necessary to achieve your maximum potential.
